It was made apparent that there truly is an Intergalactic council with certain priorities and agreements...

Do you think the presence of our weapons and our very nature would be a threat to them, or a motivation for them to have remained "in the shadows"?

Would you be willing to work towards progress in intergalactic relations; for a grander benefit and cooperation ?
