The Alaska H.A.A.R.P. atmospheric heating program may have the capability of changing the Jet Stream which could also change our weather.

Yesterday there was MASS i mean MASS(yes i said it twice)chemtrails in the sky in the Ventura, Santa Barbara, California area.
Today i saw some planes leaving chemtrails when one plane caught my eye.....lo and behold NO CHEMTRAIL OR CONTRAIL. Why not?
according to non-believers all planes leave a trail.
I thought i'd share this with you.
