Seriously, people - just be who and what you are and let it be. Don't get upset if everyone doesn't think the way you do or live like you do - just do what you love and let it be. We are diverse - yet that diversity should flourish in love, not in constant arguments.
In the end, what will matter more? That you enjoyed your life how you wanted to enjoy it, or that you spent your life trying your best (while still failing) to make everyone just like you? That you followed your heart and pursued love in ways that made you happy, and fulfilled your desires, or that you spent your life trying to tear down other people's love?
It's not worth it in my opinion - do what makes you happy, and let others do what makes them happy. A world where everybody tries to take away everybody else's happiness is a world where love and joy cannot thrive. So make the world a better place and just be who and what you are, and let others be the same way.

“When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.” - John Lennon
