The man, God's Anointed King, who comes before
the second coming of Jesus Christ is known by
many different names. He varies by different
ethnic/religious tradition, but he also has
many similarities.
In the book of Revelation [Rev 19:11] he appears
on a white horse riding forth with his righteous
army [all riding white horses] to destroy the
enemies of Christ.
The Muslims call him, 'Mahdi', the one who
will come before the second coming of Jesus
to destroy Allah's enemies [yes, the Muslims
do believe in Jesus' second coming !!]
Hollywood made a sci-fi movie version of the
coming of the 'Mahdi'... it is called: "DUNE" !
The Hindus call him 'Kalki' who will come at
the end of the age riding on his WHITE HORSE
with sword in hand to punish the evil doers !!
In the New World, his name was 'Quetzalcoatl'
the wise king who would return from the EAST
to be the NEXT to the LAST King of the Aztecs.
He was called the 'feathered' or 'plumed serpent'
which is similar to the 'fiery flying serpent'
in Isaiah 14:29 which most Bible scholars say
represents an avenging King of Israel !!
The Hopi Indians await him as the 'Purifer'
who will cleanse the world of evil. Years
ago, I heard an interview with a Hopi elder
who said the 'Purifer' will come from the EAST !
When asked for a reference to what the 'Purifer'
would be like, the Hopi elder said, "Adolf Hitler !!"
The deceived, who misinterpret God's word, will
call him the 'Antichrist'... when actually he
is the ANOINTED of GOD !! The deceived will
side with the REAL 'antichrists' against him !!
