[quote:Carshy McCarsh:MV8yMDc0MDgwXzM0OTExMjI5X0IyMzIwQTQ5] [quote:Anonymous Coward 29278610:MV8yMDc0MDgwXzM0OTEwOTYwXzFCNkJGRjZE] Stock Market can't crash in December. Why? For a crash it requires a vast number of people to sell all at once. In December, there are just too many people on holiday. This is why almost all crashes occur between March and May and from September to early November.
It's obvious you know absolutely nothing about the stock market. In America, 6 banks are responsible for 40% of all daily stock transactions. And those transactions are 90+% automated trading, machine to machine based on programmable parameterized triggers. A crash could happen at any time, literally in the blink of an eye. It won't though. The stock market will be the last plug they pull.
Starting to look that way, especially if the fiscal solvency is not addressed and the rating agencies downgrade the US...
Not only that but AAPL sucked ass today and yet the DOW goes up solely on the "jobs report"? WTF???
