[quote:BG43214 18147015:MV8yMDc0MjUzXzM0OTIxNTkzXzNGNjQzRTUy] Last time I had the flu was back in the 1970 s...........in my 30's. I had one flu shot and never got another one. Let me tell you why. GERMS CANNOT LIVE IN A HEALTHY BODY. period!!!!!! many will disagree with this, but it's a fact. If we all just tried to eat a little better - cut back on the 'goodies'....as sugar lowers your immunity to disease - we'd all be better off. and how about trying to go to bed at a reasonable hour and getting the sleep your body needs to it can function at its best???????????? and don't forget about washing your hands throughout the day.. but no, these things are just too simple and easy. We have to had doctors and big pharma telling us to 'vaccinate, vaccinate, vaccinate!!!!!!!!!!!' anyway, I fear I'm the 'voice crying in the wilderness' here...... but does ANYONE on here agree with me, at least a little?!?!! - sigh - [/quote]
it hit like a ton of bricks this afternoon. bad headache, major body aches, congestion, cough, and fatigue. anybody else had the flu this season? really sucks hope it's not the dreaded flu.
