Original Message Listening to a old Cooper show and he said whenever a judge is deciding anything on the constitution he must have a copy of the charter of the united nations when the two disagree the united nations charter will prevail. He also said there was instances which the judge did this, but after countless hours searching I can't find a single instance.

Is there any? If so link please.
