Ok so today we got a foot of snow and I looked out the window to see a few cars stuck on the street. I have an offroad rig and decided to clear it off and go pull them out. put on my boots and stand up and bam!( No good deed goes unpunished rings true again but that's ok) The yearly messed up back that drops ya to the ground! I got pissed this time and said you are not keeping me down this time mother F@#$%^!! So now I made it back in and trying to figure out ways to cope without meds because I don't have any and not going to the doc. Any advice appreciated as I am not going to let it keep my laid up for 2 weeks like the first time!
