Original Message I have been watching the live cameras at Fukushima just in the last half an hour and there seems to be a lot of shaking going on every few minutes.
Wind speed is currently 29km/hr. so I don't think it is strong enough to cause so much shaking, PLUS the wind would not cause vertical shaking which is taking place as well as horizontal.
Might pay to keep a watch on the two sites.
