WALLKK !!!!! Stop using the damn machines so much. And please don't use the gyms. Get out there in nature and be physical. Walk, ride a bicycle. Get around by natural means.

Thin is not always healthy and a lot of time (in my opinion) is flat out unhealthy, especially when the mega changes begin. Thin will not be in and it will definitely not be healthy.

The healthiest body a person can have right now is a combination of fat and muscle. Eat big, drink some beer and get exercise naturally. That is the proper way to live. And please do NOT listen to "scientist" about your "ideal weight" because it is all bullshit coming from them. YOU ARE IN INDIVIDUAL. You are not a robot.
