Original Message Do you have any doubt about the obsession of the British Royal Family with solstices?

You should not...

A proof of that obsession was the coronation of King George V (yeah, yeah, that one interpreted by Michael Gambon in the movie "The King's Speech", the father of King George VI, the protagonist of the movie)

George V became King of England on May 6th, 1910, when his father, King Edward VII, died.

But his CORONATION only took place more than one year later, on June 22nd, 1911.

Now, GUESS WHAT???

Guess what was the date of the SUMMER SOLSTICE in 1911?

It was JUNE 22nd !!!!

The coronation of King George V was scheduled for the exact day of the Summer Solstice of 1911 !!!!

George V was the King of England during World War I.

AND, he was crowned in 1911 (it had to be 911...) in the exact day of the Summer Solstice...

71 years later, the British Royal Family picked the date of the Summer Solstice of 1982 for the birth of Prince William...

They are REALLY obsessed with solstices...

A bunch of pagan Sun-worshipers!!!
