[quote:Anonymous Coward 19490298:MV8yMDc2NTA1XzM0OTk2MjY0X0ExNUQyOEQy] What's old in dieting is new. Calorie count 1200 calories or less per day. You'll burn weight just sitting on your tush. Calculate your BMR. Google BMR calculator. Everyone knows how to eat sensible. You indicated you are in bad health. Go slowly. Get on the treadmill and walk. Build up to 30 minutes a day. Or just walk around your neighborhood. Listen to your body. Your blood pressure will rise with any activity, so don't freak out and measure it right after the gym. Start with light free weights. Use the machines first, then build up to free weights. You may want to consult a trainer. It really only takes about two weeks straight for your body to feel better and function better. Above all, ask your doctor if it's safe for you to do a low weight resistance, cardio training regimen. It's not that hard once you get into the swing of it. I've gone fat to fit more times than I can count. [/quote]

So I am going to go on a diet starting tommorrow but right now Im kinda up in the air on what diet I should go on. I been having alot of health problems let me describe these...
1: If I do anything physical *run/liftweights* I am severly sore for a good week afterwards.
2: I have these stomach cramps, cramps on my side *above and below rib cage*.
3: Bumps all over the place, scalp, stomach and underarms. I also noticed some of these bumps have what to appear to be small hairs growing out of them that can be easily pulled out but will come right back.
4: Blood pressure is high.
What is the best diet I can go on that is going to help me lose weight fast *and healthy* and lower my blood pressure because I need to lose a good 100 pounds.
Thanks for the help.
