[quote:Anonymous Coward 24009115:MV8yMDc4NDMwXzM0OTkxNjkxX0QyRjlCRDZE] People who hope & pray for doomsday are giving excusing for not improving themselves. They just focus on how they can thrive in a new post-world because ultimatley they failed in the current society. They love to give excuses for why they suck at life and blame government, corporations, etc. To give meaning to their failed life, they project themselves as a "winner" in a fantasy world that, in all likelyhood, has about 0.00001% chance of occuring. While yes, if that 0.00001% chance event occurs, they will be in much better shape than the rest of us, in reality it is silly and desparate thought. [/quote]
Original Message
First, the government hates preppers because the preppers are saying that they don't trust the government to keep them safe.
Second, all the rest of us are too lazy to prepare for what might be a major change in our society, and we hate seeing other people who are doing it, so we call them crazy. Read the whole article here: [
