hi all,
i tried to kill myself in a foreign country at the end of october by jumping from a rooftop, breaking my neck, spine, and pelvis. i am currently in the uk from the us, and i have to fly home this friday. i'm in a lot of pain, feel so sad/alone, and i am incredibly scared to fly back for so many reasons...i really just need a friend...please, anyone. :(
