No it does not this is BS .  [b]Most of the world lives on soy, where is your mind? [/b] I had this long before I used soy in fact.  however, if one is using all those depleted soy products out there......  that might be an issue.

I only have soy some days so why is my deficiency daily?  answer that one.  Our foods are deficient in it,  man also doesn't eat much real food anymore.  Plus the ascension of the body uses a lot of it.

I have to supplement between 1 1/2 and 2 times the rda of magnesium to keep the legs at bay.

It is the wheat (gm since the 60s/70s) and the excessive consumption of meat and hydrogenated fat and artificial sweeteners and glucose/fructose syrup which is responsible for the overweight and additional problems.

Soy isn't the perfect product, but it is not as bad as you want to make it.
