real men workout first thing in the morning everyday, been doing it now for 7 years and am now addicted and can't start my day without it
Who here works out first thing in the morning and what is your routine exercise wise and eating wise?
me ? i have a few different morning routines. if i work that day, i won't eat nothing prior to workout, just drink a few cups of water, sometimes some coffee. ill literally jump out of bed, drink some water and start working out.
either a 45 min - 100 hour kettlebell workout which is a cardo x weight training very intense work
or
a cardio kickboxing workout that takes about 30 mins
or a combination of a cardio kickboxing workout and a advanced kettelbell exercise called turkisk getups
sometimes ill do mountain biking straight up hills then back home, takes about an hour
then ill eat a big ass country breakfast following the paleo diet, then im on my way for the day, feeeling like a boss
