Original Message The incompetence at the local best buy is over the top. I have never purchased on thing there that went smoothly. Long story short, this time I have called there 5 days in a row asking for the correct receipt which they claim to have but have yet to email me. So tomorrow they Re supposed to fax it and if not, I'm going over there to get it. Brad, the store manager will avoid me, claiming to be in a meeting. When this happens, I'm going outside to hold up a sign that says: blank.

What should the sign say?

What would get my point across?

Best one will be held up tomorrow at best buy.
