Following the shooting today in the United states, there have been reports of the shooter being very accurate. This reminds me of the my home States own mass shooting, the Port Arthur shooting some 20 years ago. In that case the mentally disabled shooter took out around 16 people in a cafe without missing a shot (all head shots), while shooting from the hip. The "reported" shooter's IQ was around 60 to 70. Are most mass murderers excellent shots or whats going on?
