Original Message I'm so fed up of 'smart' arses spouting out rubbish about how the 21st is "nothing to worry about" because its "just the end of a cycle and start of a new one".

Call me stupid (and I'm sure many GLPers will), but I always thought that was the point! That there is evidence to suggest that at the end of these big cycles catastrophic changes occur. Not the end of the world, but rather the death of the old one and start of a new one.

So how one earth does thinking that "its only the end of a cycle" make them think all if fine?
