SECOND AMMENDMENT EXPLAINED;
Amendment II. A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
there are 3 parts.
the first part; A well regulated militia.
ever see the movie 'red dawn', where russians invade the usa ???
there are 2 requirements to be in the milita; the physical ability to bear arms, and the willingness to fight for your life and property, and your family and friends. any man, woman, and strong child, is in the milita, if they meet these 2 requirements. and "well regulated" ???????? we are not allowed to possess FULLY AUTOMATIC WEAPONS. that is the "well regulated" part.
part 2; being necessary to the security of a free state,
this means you cannot have a 'free state' under tyranny. if there is tyranny, guns are the answer to tyranny.
part 3; the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
if you can't figure this part out, no explaination will help you.
