So less than a week before the shooting rampage at Sandy Hook, Adam's mother revealed that she was worried because she was "losing" him and she was having trouble "reaching him".

Did that simply mean that his personality started to change for no apparent reason? He was apparently diagnosed with an illness where he couldn't feel physical pain, but how does that explain the reason for killing children when there was no apparent motive involved?

One would have to be under the influence of some demonic presence to even contemplate what he did.

Exorcists have often said that mentally ill people are actually possessed by something evil and their personalities change over time.
