I figured a lot of these types of anomalies would happen again as I started using the mental tools I had cast aside before when I was younger and had this stuff happening. It seems to happen mostly in low light, shadows and light dancing around in your peripheral vision. Bright little prisms or streaks of light, and the shadow they seldom take on forms, but if they do it's often similar to a human shape. Just at the edge of your vision so you wonder if you really saw it or if it's just visual anomaly.
I only have low lighting in my home so as you can imagine its in most rooms. What are the mental tools that you use? :hf:
It's mostly stuff I was taught in grammar school in the mentally gifted minors program. After reading the MGM thread I found a lot of the things they taught us and have been trying to hone them again after decades of neglect. Some of them include controlling lower brain functions like, breathing, heartbeat, body temperature etc. Others focus on mental training, like memory exercises, honing senses, awareness, etc.. Here's some of the things that were taught. http://superconscious1.blogspot.com/2008/01/improving-peripheral-vision-awareness.html
Thanks alot, very interesting reading thanks for the input. :hf:
Fleeting flashes of light and darkness. Like the beginning of a migraine. Ive been seeing this for at least 10 days, not only me but a few friends also described these symptoms. Is there anyone else experiencing this?
