How is it the same people who vote for drug prohibition because they think it will stop pot smokers, think that gun prohibition will not work? Same system.... are you ready to admit that no prohibition works, and just serves to criminalize an otherwise peaceful part of society. Are you ready to admit we have laws on the books already to deal with people who do bad things, whether with drugs or with guns.
Don't be a hypocrite... either prohibition works (for anything) or it does not.
