No. He with the local police department.

It seems he's all worked up over some drills that will be taking place... drills on civil unrest and crown control.

He said he has been told, in a number of departmental memos, that MASSIVE CIVIL UNREST is coming.

I've know this guy and his family for 13 years. He's a strait-up guy with absolutely no reason to lie.
