I'll show what's actually going on tonight with a live webcast the zetatards WON'T be able to get shut down.
Don't waste your time Astro. You're being trolled.
Fuck your live broadcast. Who wants to watch a NASA shill?
I'm an amateur astronomer, not a "NASA shill." [quote:AC] Give us the short answer right here and now or STFU! BITCH!
I'm just wondering, with an intellect like that, did you even bother to check the Bradford Robotic Telescope website to see what their images of Saturn actually look like? Or did you accept that YouTube video on blind faith? Funny how you accuse me of being a "shill," I'm not the one who's lying to you... Here, look for yourself: http://www.telescope.org/v3imagegallery.php Select solar system bodies, search for Saturn. http://www.telescope.org/v3imagegallery-i.php?size=fullsize&id=83649 Huh, looks normal to me. Oh right, the genius on youtube whose foolishness you swallow wholesale doesn't know what CCD blooming is and idiotically thinks its saturn's rings. It's not. http://www.telescope.org/v3imagegallery-i.php?size=fullsize&id=826 Uh-oh, they've "tilted" 90 degrees! No, they didn't, that's a wide field over-exposed view with vertical column CCD blooming. Here's an example from the main telescope which is a long enough exposure to start to see CCD blooming in the image (looks like saturn is on fire vertically) but you can still see the very bright white rings are actually horizontal: http://www.telescope.org/v3imagegallery-view-image.php?id=276&back=17 Another example: http://www.telescope.org/v3imagegallery-view-image.php?id=343&back=21 And in this one the blooming is finally too extreme to make out the true rings, but it gives you a nice closeup of the blooming itself: http://www.telescope.org/v3imagegallery-view-image.php?id=558&back=25
