Iran, unlike Israel, is complying with international law with its nuclear program. If you want to see real defiance, demand that Israel open its nuclear arsenal for inspection.

Iran is a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Iran, under that treaty has a legal right to enrich uranium to 20% just as the US, France, Britain, China, India, Pakistan, etc do. No other nation on this planet has ever produced *any* credible evidence that Iran is trying to build a nuclear bomb.

anyways, there is nothing "defiant" about Iran enriching uranium. Iran does not have to kowtow to the UN Security Council over a matter that is none of the Council's business.
