[quote:CeJay:MV8yMDk0OTM1XzM1Mjc2NzgxX0REMEJENjU=] I wasn't going to give my story but then I thought, what the heck. These last two months have been exceptionally difficult financially. It always seems to hit during this time of year. #1 After being out of work and on unemployment for nearly a year, my daughter finally found a temporary job that is supposed to end on January 11. I pray that her position is extended. She needed some much needed car repair in order to get to work every day. She broke the tie-rods on her vehicle last year after hitting a patch of ice and skidding into a curb. The accident also bent one of her rims making it impossible to drive. She has been depending on others for a ride since last winter since the estimates exceeded over $1500.00 for auto repairs. After she got this temporary position, I helped her financially with the auto repairs. We were lucky to find a friend who changed the tie rod's but we had to get a new rim and 4 new tires as her old ones had dry rotted after sitting for a year (they were old tires to begin with). Total cost was approx. $500.00 (4 tires and a new battery). #2 My granddaughter's mother has been in treatment court for a year for possession of meth. My son is an addict and is unable to care for his family (long story). :o( The mother was finally released from treatment court December 20 and can finally leave this drug infested shit hole where I live and stay with her father in Florida. I bought her (and granddaughter) a ticket that cost approx. $450.00 to get her away from the human trash she used to hang out with. They are leaving on Jan 7. I believe her father will help her get her life straight. If not, I've done all I can to help them over the past 3 years. #3 Most neighbors in my area are pretty decent and I have no problem for the most part. However, I do have a few that allow their dogs to roam free. I have a couple of dogs as well, and the low life neighbors dogs jump the fence and attempt to rape my female dog. Since the neighbors, like most people in general, have zero capacity to be responsible, I've had to have my fence heightened to keep the strays out of my yard. The fence company charged approx. $1100.00. #4 The front tires on my car were bald as a baby's butt and were in no shape for driving on snow. I had been putting off purchasing new ones but snow was rolling in and I didn't really have a choice. I got the front tires replaced and will replace the back tires in the summer. Two new tires set me back about $230.00. It's been a rough couple of months for me as it has been for many others so I thought I would throw this out there. By the way, can someone please explain to me why these things always seem to happen around Christmas. Thank you for your consideration even if I don't receive the $333.33. I hope 2013 is a much better year for us all. God bless! :hf: [/quote]

I will give the next three gifts of $333.33. I have sent an email to Trinity informing him. I'd like to find out from Trinity and Brief who has been chosen so we don't duplicate.
I am not doing this for any reason other than I feel compelled to do so and there are more than 6 people who are in need...I sincerely want to help. Please accept this for what it is.
