Original Message I'd love to be able to help out everyone who needs it, but financially I'm no better off than most of you here. Still, I consider myself blessed to have a home and healthy family and parents who can sometimes help out.

Trin, I see a lot of parents saying they weren't able to give their children much this holiday season, and I was wondering if we could maybe create a "co-op" of sorts to help these folks out?

I'm located in Texas but can ship out of state. I don't have money to buy new clothes and toys but have many avenues which would allow me to collect gently used items, plus my own, that can go to anyone in need.

If you're a parent of small children in need of clothing, or used toys, please post here and try to include an email address where you can be reached.

If you're a donor, maybe you can help a family in need.

I love what Trin started and Brief and FW followed... I do believe that although it's great to give anonymously, it's even better to inspire others to give.
