Original Message But tons of people like to think that they do. They can't stand living in a state of not knowing so they delude themselves into thinking that they know currently unknowable things.

They see the complexity of existence and argue that it's too complex to be without a creator. Using that same argument wouldn't the creator of such a complex creation also be too complex to exist without a creator? Who created God? Who created the creator of God and so on? At some point something must have existed without a creator. What makes you theists so certain that some imaginary god is the one without a creator and not us?

And what makes you religious people so certain that your chosen holy book is actually legit? How did you decide that your book was divinely inspired, and those other "holy books" are b.s.? Were you brainwashed at a young age, or did you resort to blind faith at an older age out of desperation for answers and cling to the most culturally accepted fairy tale that you could find?
