[quote:Enjoy Candy!:MV8yMDk2NzczXzM1MzExODgwXzlDRUFCMUUy] [quote:amachiavellian:MV8yMDk2NzczXzM1MzExNzYyX0U3M0JCQTdE] The NOBODY is you - it is everyone's conscience.
Of course, most of us understand this. But most can't stay vigilant for long and use this idea to fuel their fantasies which are based on ill cravings for power and status. Or that is what I am leaning to think. From the other hand it might be empowering for those that have given up or lost hope. I would very much like to hear opinions on this matter. That is the purpose of this thread.
THE NOBODY phenomena - I have thought about the power of this concept. Being a power used for good. But there is so much pressure on individuals to corrupt it and turn it into a mental mastrubatorium.
One ring to rule them all. LOL
They also wished to use it for a greater good, but it's power was too great for any man to bear.
Is it just my lack of faith in this 'empowering plan'?
Or is this idea something that is harmful, useless?
