True enough. Though some people, like me, never really "try" to do this stuff, it just sort of happens.
Well! If it comes natural, then it's meant to be. Nothing happens to us by accident, The father does work mysteriously.
A couple times a month when I lay down in bed I have intense experiences centering right between my eyes. I usually enduce these by focusing on the area.
It starts as a tickle and then becomes what I can only describe as a orgasm in the center of my head. I hold on to it by focusing on it for as long as possible.. it usually lasts 5 or 10 minutes before my mind drifts and i lose it.
I am assuming this is related to the pineal gland, but I can't be certain.
Can anyone else do this, or had an experience like this?
