Wow.... So many laws and regulations can come from this incedent. Loopholes
The purpose of this DNA testing is to gut the presumption of innocence. I can see no other purpose, and the website dances around this issue, omits direct mention of it. The point is to take DNA into a permanent database when someone is arrested, not when they are convicted. So you are "on the list" for life, just for having been arrested.
but adam wasnt arrested. this goes beyond the provision of statutes in CT. A family member must authorize such doings. a toxicology test is different than dna. I'm not aware of the current law in CT but there are provisions that must be followed. the "suspect" that was never arrested, has rights even at a time of death. He was not convicted of thecrime. which makes this that much more interesting. I cannot for the life of me find out who is in control of his "dead body".
Take a deep breath it will be ok. It sounds from your posts like you have worked yourself into a delusional state to be real. Do you obsess about everything or just this? If you lined up your posts in this thread alone and showed to a psychologist or psychiatrist they would want to know when you had your break from reality.
or, you dont know individuals in CT and or have connections to the legislature and military department. I grew up in CT and still live here. You?????? just wondering. This isnt delusional because this type of stuff happens alot in CT with big business. You obviously havent been around this site long. I originally started the thread on the Libya Water project and its ties to GE and Goldman Sachs. That is still 5 starred after a year. So, I'd like you to please recant your statement.
What difference does it make if I grew up in Conn or Not? None. I grew up in New Hampshire. I am calling bullshit on you. You do not know anyone in the legislature or "military department" as there is no such thing.
Guys, from my other two threads, i have an update from a source at the lob here in ct and from the hartford courant. Im still checking on donors to confirm but guess who just rescently got a grant for a new genetics lab in CT??? Check this shit out. No wonder they sealed the investigation for 90 days. No wonder they want to out of nowhere test adams blood and wont release his body. A new twist to the investigation. Genetic research right here in ct. [
