This gov't is out of control. I just don't think the Government should tell a company what they must pay for. Also, if they are doing this, why is it that people of certain religions are exempt for being mandated to purchase health care all together? Doesn't sound fair to me.
Who is exempt from obamacare ?
big donors and democrats and muslims. members of congress, SCOTUS, and retired members of congress and certain big business exemptions granted by 'bummy.
Actually, there are over 750 exempt, mostly insurance companies, unions and pension funds. the one that surprised me the most was 24 Hour Fitness, wtf? A poster on the site I read this on had a pretty good opinion regarding Obamacare. Back door money for the Insurance Industry that is heavily invested in US Bond issues. Makes you think, hmmmm.....
i keep asking this question but don't get any answer. how is it constitutional for the government to impose a tax on certain people while exempting others? how is it constitutional for the government to force various companies to pay for something while exempting others? i thought we were all equal under the law and protected from this government by the constitution?
Personally, I don't think it is constitutional. This admin could care less. ( couldn't care less? I never get that right grr)
I am astonished that more Americans aren’t in an uproar about what is happening to Hobby Lobby right now. As many of you know, Hobby Lobby filed a lawsuit earlier this year to try and get relief from Obamacare’s abortion mandate. The case is still pending appeal, but the Supreme Court just rejected their request for an emergency injunction. In response, the Christian owners of Hobby Lobby have said they have no intention to pay for the abortion-inducing drugs required by Obamacare. That means that beginning on January 1, the United States government will fine Hobby Lobby $1.3 million dollars per day until Hobby Lobby complies.(corrected//live link below in this OP)
