These are high crimes and misdemeanors... punishment is stipulated in the US Constitution:
U.S. Constitution - Article 2 Section 4
Article 2 - The Executive Branch
Section 4 - Disqualification
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Now, then, it is the job of the House to impeach the President. Where is the Speaker of the House John Bohner on this action?
Now, then, it is the job of the Senate to convict the President of high crimes and misdemeanors. Where is the Majority Leader in the Senate, Harry Reid?
If these 2 men do not act now, they, themselves, are aiding and abetting high crimes and misdemeanors and they, themselves, should be arrested.
