14. Schizophrenic medications are a joke. They only sedate you. If sleep is what you need then cut off all electronics and sleep. But eat first. Exercise. Talk to somebody. Call up someone you have not talked to in a while and talk about old times. They would be happy to hear from you. You don't have to tell them what troubles you are having now. Because if you do what I say in a few weeks you will be better. Meditate until you are relaxed enough to sleep- just like the monks do!
