I live in the deep south and almost everyone i have contact with daily has somehting similar or the flu. [/quote] It's the vitamin d defiency that is very common during winters. That's why we get sick. Take 10,000 IU of vit d3 a day for a month then maintain your vit d level at 5,000 IU a day so you don't get sick as often or not get really sick. [/quote]
