Civil War has been averted!

Since their record of collections is almost pristine and the propaganda and mind control has been so deeply ingrained into everyday Amerikans, it has been decided that IRS Agents will be confiscating the guns.

Yes, the ones Amerikans already fear most will use their highly trained specialists to collect guns just as they have been collecting the few delinquent tax moneys they rarely have to go after.

It is expected most Amerikans will now peacefully lay down their guns just as they have so willingly laid out the do-re-mi all these last 100 years.
