It's a lame argument unless someone can show evidence that a vegan diet is inferior in theory. There are allegendly people who do this for spiritual reasons which is admirable. However then I see them doing a lot of questionable things in their lives, so it unfortunantly negates the effect. The vegan diet is an extremely dangerous diet, even with supplements. The human body is designed to digest both plant and animal as foods. Cults use malnourishment to brainwash people and keep them from rebelling. Notice the great increase in the amount of vegans in the past 5 years?
Every vegan I've met seems unhealthy in some way, mentally, physically, or spiritually (or any combination of the three). Animal flesh has a vital factor that you simply cannot get from a diet lacking meat.
The vegan diet is promoted as being somehow morally/spiritually superior than a diet which incorporates meats. A vegan diet is worse for human beings than an omnivorous diet. The feeling people mistake as spiritual when switching to a vegan diet is actually the loss of vitality.
