*One must be Registered with the proper authority's to Exercise their free speech.
* The right to free speech can be a dangerous weapon.Because it is used in verbal offensive nature at times.
* If an Individual has been convicted or accused of Offensive conduct by any other party, they will not be eligible for the License for speech.
* The Right to Speech comes with responsibility much like the right to bear arms.You cant just willy willy go off shooting people.
* If a person is affiliated with any one of these hate groups they shalt not be eligible for a speech license.
Any religious, scientific,race bating,atheist,sporting,political,sexual preference,news media,tax reform,anti government,alcoholic,drugs legalization,and or any other group deemed not worthy of speech by a court of law, after due process.
* any non u.s citizen will not be allowed to register with the department of speech. Nor get a license. But upon the proper court shall be allowed a permit to all speech as guest workers.
