High blood pressure could also be a culperate, but is solved by the above.

Do you have any other symptoms?

Another consideration would be spiritual phenomena. 
Lots of this going around these days, which tend to have quite a few uncomfortable symptoms.

Energy blockages, suppressed emotions will result in heart palpitations. As would the opening of the heart Chakra.

I discovered later on my cause was a combination of really high stress and a chakra opening.

Original Message I've had weird heart palpitations, went to the docs they checked my heart, no heart attack, no blood clots, no telling me what the cause could be, no asking me what my diets like or if I smoke, yet they give me PILLS?!?

I hits me on and off. My heart beats really fast and I feel like I'm going to die. I've already said my goodbyes to my kids and wife, that's how bad it is.

PLEASE SOMEONE if you know anything please let me know.
