Yes. Your teeth are made of calcium plus phosphate. Acids break the ionic bond. That's typical of salt, and Calcium is a salt. If you put a bone in vinegar it will break down the bone and make it rubbery. Dilution results in less acid because acid is less than 7 pH and water is about 7 pH so adding water makes the vinegar solution more neutral.

If you drink too many acid things, many which are bad for you, then it can upset your stomach. Sometimes, taking baking soda neutralizes the acid, but we want strong stomach acid to dissolve foods by breaking bonds.

Drinking too much soda, which contains phosphoric acid, harms you and your teeth. Drinking a little diluted vinegar won't hurt you, and might help you.

I chugged some down and as soon as I did
i felt like I wasn't in my body and i had tons of energy! I started to have a panic attack because it was just to much energy at once! Now I'm scared to drink the rest.

I haven't drank soda in 4 years now and I don't eat sugary foods, do you think that has something to do with it and will I get used to the overwhelming energy? It seriously felt like I was out of my body and in a different dimension. BTW I feel great and I don't feel as slug ish.
