Harpers Hidden agenda revealed
First Harper passes Bill C-3
On the outside Bill C-3 seems to be a great bill to give status to those who due to reasons within act was omitted or because of marriage lost status. However, when looking deeper into the interpretation of the Bill this enabled people to be added to a Bands who were never included for reasons other than the reasons stated within the act but for some unknown reason not described within the act. So with Bill C-3 we see individuals added to band list without any previous knowledge of this person’s existence or knowing of whom they are related to or even knowing their connection with the band they were added to.
* Harper announces they will build 22 new provincial prisons, and 15 new special handling units (SHU) with 24 hour a day lock down solitary confinement in 15 existing federal prison!
Crime rate has gone down in Canada in the last 10 years! Why so many new prisons and what are these 15 new Special Handling Units for since there doesn't seem to be mass riots in prisons and in fact by statistics prison violence has went down in the last 10 years? So why so many new prisons????
Harper passed Bill C-10
Like Bill C-45, Bill C-10 was another Omnibus Bill!
Bill C-10 added sections on terrorism and the support or the inciting of terrorism, also the minimum sentencing to any one committing such acts of terrorism as defined within the act.
*If crime rate is going down why is Harper passing these tough on crime bills and including minimum sentencing on most crimes including summary convictions?
Then Harper passes Bill C-309
Bill C-309 - anyone wearing a concealment or mask over their face without any lawful excuse is guilty an offence. Even if you are standing there not wearing concealment without any real purpose you are guilty and can go to Jail for up to 5 years.
*who have we seen the most wearing concealment's such a bandannas over their faces? You do not even having to be causing a disturbance you could be just standing at a protest or demonstration even peaceful demonstration wearing concealment over your face and you can be arrested and throw in jail up to 5 years.
Are you starting to see the connection?.
Now let’s look at all these new Bill’s Harper is passing! Harper knows we will protest and do demonstration and he purposely passed Bill C-309 because of previous protest some warriors wore concealment's over their faces. Now because of this new law, those one who wear concealment's can be arrested right then and there and receive up to 5 years in prison.
Can you see where this is going?
Now Harper is pushing for the Bill S-212 and the First Nations Private Property Act.(FNPPA)
Bill s-212 and FNPPA - The Government will have the power to divide all our lands equally between band members and those band members will have the power to sell their allotted piece of land to anyone who is wishing to buy the land, including mining, drilling and fracking companies.
Are you connecting the dots?
Now Bill C-3 comes into play. With all these new band members we have never heard of or never met or even know their connection to our band but yet now they are band members! Under Bill S-212 and FNPPA, these unknown members will be allotted equal share of our land even though they have no connection but under this new Bill they will still be allotted land and have the power to sell this land!
Now when all our land starts getting sold off piece after piece and then these big Corporations start coming and destroying and polluting our lands because it was sold to them by the unknown band members and if we protest these Corporations under new clause in Bill C-10 we will be inciting terrorism and with the minimum sentencing everyone will receive prison terms hence all the new prisons and Special Handling Units!
There are other concerns with Bill C-10 that I should include;
Section 95 subsection 139 is about multiple sentencing and the merging of sentences.
Before this bill, when police would charge a person they would in most cases charge the person with multiple charges knowing that when the person plead guilty or found guilty most of the charges would be dropped an the person would be sentenced on the most severe of the charges.
If they were found guilty on a couple of charges most times those sentences ran concurrent with one another and only on special occasions depending on the offence then sentences may run consecutive. Consecutive sentences usually are only two sentences.
However under this new section of Bill C-10, the person could be found guilty for all charges and receive a separate sentence for each charge and they would then merge with one another. Meaning, as soon as one sentence is fully complete you would start the next sentence and this could be multiple sentences.
Bill C-10 also made many changes with parole and mandatory releases, whereas, before the Bill, if a person did not receive parole then they would only have to do 2/3 of their sentence and be released on that date that 2/3 of the sentence was complete. Now they will have to do the entire sentence. Then with the merging sentence clause, if they received other sentences, then that next sentence would commence as soon as the first one was complete.
Many First Nations in correctional institutions are denied Parole or worse they never even get a chance to go in front of the Parole Board. So many First Nation inmates would just stay in prison until their 2/3 time has expired and then be released. But not under the new clause in Bill C-10 they will not receive their mandatory release and stay right until the Stat release which would be the entire sentence and since a high percentage of First Nations are usually charged with multiple offences then they would end up having multiple sentences merging which would ensure they are locked up for many years.
Before Bill C-10 whenever a first time offender received a sentence for non-violent offences they could be released after serving 1/6 of their entire sentence, but now under Bill C-10 they will no longer have that option. Now lets consider Bill C-309, which would be considered wearing a face cover would be a non-violent offence, the person could receive up 5 years and then be force to serve the entire 5 year sentence which would keep First Nations incarcerated as long as possible.
Lets look at Bill C-30
Bill C-30, we are told was first created to stop Child pornography and this bill is being pushed through parliament right now and when it passes it will allow the government to access anybodies computer they wish. This Bill is really there so that the Harper Government can spy on every Canadian.
We know that last summer Harper pushed to have Bill C-11 copyright act to be passed. This Act makes it illegal to copy and download any music or video to your computer, cell phones, IPod, IPad etc. With Bill C-30 they will be able to see that you had downloaded music and movies to your computer, IPod, IPad or phones and could be charged and sentenced to up to 5 years in prison. Under Merging Sentencing in Bill C-10, they could possibly sentence you for music and then movies under separate charges.
Another reason for all these new prisons!
The Harper Government is controlled by The Four Horsemen of Banking (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo) who own the Four Horsemen of Oil (Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch/Shell, BP and Chevron Texaco); in tandem with Deutsche Bank, BNP, Barclays and other European old money behemoths. All they care about is the mighty dollar.
Harper pushed Bill C-45 to open all water ways so they can use their fracking system to extract oil and natural Gas!
In the Fracking process one needs large amounts of water to extract oil and natural gas from shale and this high volume of water is going to poison majority of all water systems in this Country. Many misunderstand how water systems work, most rivers, lakes, streams and ponds are connected by miles and miles of underground water systems. Once Fracking chemicals enter the water system it could spread for miles and miles.
Fracking is going to kill our lands and our people!
Bill C-45 is going to kill our Country!
The Five Natural Gas Giants in Canada!

4. Canadian Society for Unconventional Resources (CSUR)
5. Canadian Natural Gas Vehicle Alliance (CNGVA)
These Giants are owned by Exxon Mobile, BP, and Chevron, who are in-turn owned by the four Horsemen of Banking. (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo)
These are the ones who really control our Government! These are the ones who are using Harper to play with our lives and dictate our Future!
The Harper Government is pushing for a Totalitarian State and his first priority to to attack and silence the Indigenous peoples of this land because we would be the first to open our eyes to his Agenda because of our connection with Mother Earth.
Harper just never expected Idle No More Movement and he definitely underestimated the power of Social Media!
Knowledge is Power! We Must wake up the masses to the Truth!
When the government fears the people that is called LIBERTY!!!
