This is suppose to be taken during the "evacuation"
Yet nothing in the back ground matches the Heli vets from either video.

This pic was during a drill on another day.

They are using it as if it was taken the same day.

This is the ONLY pic we see of kids being evacuated from the scene. No video of a evacuation.

A few things to point out and I'm out, Most of the cars are different thats a giving but using google earth and some other programs, The helicopter footage and pic above are in the same time frame (maybe not same day), If you are looking at the Pic above south west is right behind you, and using the video at 2:03 
my point was on the white suv at the end, then go to the picture and look at the same suv's "shadow" the shadow only moves a few feet telling me the time frame was close, and by the shadow's it would put the footage and pic around 10:00-11:00 give or take. hmmmmm
