This is suppose to be taken during the "evacuation"
Yet nothing in the back ground matches the Heli vets from either video.

This pic was during a drill on another day.

They are using it as if it was taken the same day.

This is the ONLY pic we see of kids being evacuated from the scene. No video of a evacuation.

You will see the same cars on the right side that you see in the picture.  The white one at the end.  And look past that and you see the cones, they are on the striped lines around the turn.

It is possible to manipulate EXIF data...but most people do not know it even exist in digital photos.

The officer is the same one in the picture at the NBC site above.  And the 3 evacuees show up in other pictures during the day.
