[quote:AmericanInfidel:MV8yMTA4MDcyXzM1NTQ3NDEzXzkwRjgzQjZE] Yep. I've been tempted to buy my parents miniwinnie RV and head up there myself. The jobs are there but the housing isn't. That 1 bedroom is probably shared by atleast 4 guys who work alternate shifts and make serious cash. If you have the money to invest in building a house or a business that's the area to go. I saw a news show about waitress's making over $200 on a slow day at a regular restaurant like Denny's or IHOP. It's insane. [/quote]
A plain, one-bedroom apartment in Williston, N.D., rents for $2,100 a month. For this price, you could rent a one-bedroom apartment in New York City.
Williston is not New York City. There are 30,000 residents and one department store. The nearest city is two hours away.
