Yes, you are right that Justice Roberts allowed Obama to re-take the oath privately in 2009 after mess-up at the Inauguration Ceremony.

But you have to remember something about the Supreme Court.

They were publicly humiliated by Obama during his first term. Remember when they were all sitting together when he addressed Congress for the 2010 State of the Union address?   [b]He directly condemned the U.S. Supreme Court[/b] for their decision to allow corporations to contribute to political advertisements.

The photograph which went viral on the net at the time showed the Supremes sitting there in shock.

Then, in 2012, àt a news conference -- before the American people and the leaders of Canada and Mexico -- Obama tried to intimidate the conservative justices of the high court, warning them of the damage it would cause to their reputations should they rule against the Affordable Care Act and essentially blow a big, fat hole in his re-election agenda.

Not wanting to appear at war with the President, Justice Roberts gave him a pass on Obamacare, in a legalese gambit calling it [b]A TAX[/b] -- which makes Obamacare liable to be struck downby the Supreme Court later in a year or two, before it takes full effect.

But I think the Supremes are wise to him. And I think they are all fed up with his power plays.
