Original Message Here is a story from my local news this morning, very interesting for those that have seen it, as this area , Central NY has had many sightings like this over the years. I have even posted a video on another thread with lights similar to these, on some of the witnesses facebook pages they claim that they could not hear a helicopter that it was eerily silent, and one said it looked very similar to the Phoenix lights seen in 1998.

The U.S. Coast Guard says it began its search in the Oswego Harbor area of Lake Ontario after receiving a call concerning an object in the water.

The Coast Guard initiated an emergency response in the area, which included a helicopter dropping illumination flares.
