Original Message Hey guys I work on a farm full time and im 26, theres an old crow whos 46 and does part time and recently on her side her works been shed so shes over my side now til 1pm most days. Well ever since shes discrediting me backstabbing, hell I said I wanted get a fri off with my gf and she asked the manager in front of me for the same fri when she knew I cuddv needed it, anyways she keeps arguing me well I ignore it, I try lol, I told my manager about it n she ignored me, ok, anyways now shes attempting get the other workers against me by showing me up, and I was late 4 times this week cus of the snow I live far away and grassed to my big manager, hell what do I do
