Agreed.  No one is talking about the real issue here, all of these spree shooters in the last 20 years have been on Psychotropic drugs prescribed by a doctor...

Rather than have a doctor running mental health screenings on everyone attempting to buy a gun, why not just say, "if you are on these drugs, you can't have a weapon until you are off of these drugs...
