That crash was an accident. He didnt run over kids while kackling with evil intent. That article proves nothing. Now if he were drunk that'd be a different story.

And the woman driving could have easily avoided the accident. Combines only do about 20 mph. So both drivers are to blame.

But apparently you are suggesting that people be locked up for having an ACCIDENT. this means that every time a woman dings a car or swipes a curb or rear ends somebody she should get a month in jail?  That actually doesn't sound like a bad idea.
